Kimese Urie Vanderlinden

It took me a while to get going after we graduated. I went to SUU and changed majors about three times. I finally ended up graduating in 2001. I moved to Salt Lake to student teach. I was only going to be here for a year or two, but it looks like I'll probably be here forever! I've been teaching English and reading at Joel P. Jensen Middle School for 7 years now and I love it! These kids totally remind me of us when we were younger. I met my husband in 2004. We met in January and were married in October. We now have three little girls to keep us entertained. My step-daughter, Paige, is six. Reagan is 2 and Brooke is 6 months. They are 19 months apart and are sassy as heck!
I just finished my M.Ed. this week! Yea!

Most of my stories are probably not appropriate. It just seems weird that we have all grown up and moved on with life. Teaching has given me a whole new perspective on what we put our teachers through! :)
