I am Neil's brother. Neil was killed in a car accident in November 1988 up in Union county (age 17). He and his girlfriend were on their way to pick up a pizza for them and my mom when they came around a curve and a car in the on-coming lane crossed the center line and hit them almost head on. Neil died that night. His girlfried died a week later. The driver of the other car happened to be a friend of Neil's.
