Rose was born June 13, 1944, to Ervin Francis and Dorothy (Bill) Logan. She was employed as an office manager for Albert Lilly, DDS. Rose was married on July 17, 1964, to Robert "Bob" Roeming in Charles City.
Robert preceded her in death on October 13, 1994. Living family members include a son, Steve (Stacy) Roeming, a daughter, Gina Eubank, mother, Dorothy Logan, and two grandchildren, Dillon and Devon Roeming.
