Brian, 51, of Summerville, husband of Elizabeth “Elaine” Gresh, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014. He was born June 2, 1963 in Cheyenne, WY, a son of Donald Gresh, Sr and Janet Robinson Gresh. He was a salesman for SentinelWorks and a member of Northside Baptist Church. Mr. Gresh will be greatly missed by his family, church family, and friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, November 24, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Northside Baptist Church, 7800 Northside Drive, North Charleston. The funeral will follow on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at Northside Baptist Church, with Pastor Mike Felber officiating. Brian Gresh is survived by his loving wife Elaine Mitchum Gresh, his two daughters Addie Gresh(17) and Madison Faith(14), his mother Mrs. Janet Gresh, his 3 siblings: Don Gresh (Joyce), Cheri Minahan (Matt), Michael Gresh (Susan) and their families. Brian was dearly loved by his family. Brian graduated from Middleton High School in 1981 and attended Charleston Southern (formerly Baptist College). Brian grew up in the West Ashley area and was always involved in sports at the St. Andrew’s Parks and Playground. Brian was also a very devoted husband and loving father to his wife Elaine and his two beautiful daughters, Addie and Madison. Brian was a member of Northside Baptist Church and was very active in many of the ministries there including being a leader in the AWANA Program. Brian spent most of his working life as a self-employed salesman. Brian never knew a stranger and was always one that was willing to help others in need. Brian, in his short time here with us, had a very dramatic effect on all of the many people he came in contact with, and he will always be remembered by all -who knew or met him.
