School Story
One of the funniest memories I have is from our senior year. John Holladay, Gene Eaton, and I (along with many others) were in Miss Pell's English class conducting business as usual (and learning). I then noticed when John suddenly turned his head to look out the classroom door window. He immediately exclaimed "look a that chicken"!! Low and behold it was Allen Singletary holding up a seagull he and others apparently "caught" in the parking lot and decided to use it for show and tell ! Allen then proceeded to let the seagull go free. So rest assured, no animals were harmed during this experiment. (We sure laughed, though!)
