Joe was a barber at the Drive In Barber Shop in Kanawha City when he died November 12, 2005 at age 56. He had a daughter, Lenne and a son, Joseph. He was a graduate of Morris Harvey and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Liz Spalding remembers that Joe’s passion was making people laugh. Joe along with Liz, Jimmy Reishman and Vince Manzi made up what they referred to as “The Immediate Family.”
