The Reunion is the weekend of July 30, 31, 2010. There will be 3 different events. The main event at the Marriot costs $75 a person. The Friday night get together at the Barge and is $15 a person. Lastly the cookout at Coonskin is $5 a person. If you bring a guest, please make sure you purchase 2 tickets for each event. I have added a few tabs for donations to help classmates afford to come and to raise money for the beautification project.
To pay by credit card or check click on 20 Year Reunion tab. To pay by paypal click on payments and specify what items you are paying for.
We have an account set up in Charleston at City National Bank under GW Class of 1990. If you would rather mail a check, mail it to Meredith Ellison at PO Box 8733 South Charleston, WV 25303 Make checks payable to GW Class of 1990. We will need these checks at least 1 week before the event. All tickets need to be paid for online or by check 5 days before the event. We have to pay the Marriot 2 days before the event. If you are deciding last minute or just can't pay until the event, please let me know at least 3 days before the event and I can accept payment at the event. I just need to be able to tell Marriot and the Barge how many people will be there, so there is enough food
We also get to take a tour of GW. I know a lot of us have not been inside in years! We will meet at GW on Saturday at 10:30 AM and take a tour before we head over to the picnic =)
We will be showing our slide show from graduation! We will have a great DJ, plenty of food and drinks and many pictures to take! Bring your cameras...and if you were at the 15 year, please bring me a copy of your pictures. I didn't get to take any =(
The reunion is only 10 days away! You may want to book your hotel room in advance if you want to stay at the Marriot. The Marriot only held 10 rooms for us, so if you want to stay there, call soon. The rate is $95 (304-345-6500). Mention the reunion. I also held some rooms at the Hampton downtown $99 (343-9300) and on Corridor G $89 (746-4646) and the Fairfield Inn on Washington Street (343=4661) $89.
Also, we have decided to open our reunion to the 2 classes before and after ours so please Spread The Word! If you know someone from another class that wants to come send them to this page and they can go to Classmate profiles and ask to be added.
Thank you Matt Caldwell for taking responsibility for the picnic! I will help too =) We are going to have lots of fun games, burgers and dogs and BEER...oh and water, and soft drinks and stuff!
I have been working really hard to make this the best reunion for everyone, all I ask in return is that you help me get everyone signed up...help me bug people to get their tickets =) It will help me so much if I can get all the $ and tickets out of the way before the reunion...then I get to enjoy it too!
