I remenber Ted playing Jr Vars Basketball at Bain with us, Ted, Larry Baucom, Lanny Ross, Tommy McWhirter,

and I loved playing together, Ted loved to hand off to Larry B or I on the fast break, he would smile when'

we made the other team stand and just watch, Ted had a very easy going manner about him, although some

of us called him "Wyatt Earp", and his father was a deputy sheirff here in Mint Hill for many years.  we never knew if he liked that nic name or not, RIP
