Charlotte, North Carolina - Mr. Rudolph "Rudy" Mansel, 69 of Charlotte, NC passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Atrium Health University. Celebration of His Life will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 at York Memorial Park. A walk through viewing will be held Friday October 8, 2021 at Long & Son Mortuary Chapel from 3:00 pm -5:00 pm.
