School Story:
Many good ones but the day Tammy and I went to Hardee's for breakfast, skipping first period, trying to go to school for second period and Mr. Griffin and Mr. Grill were waiting at both entrances of the school. We could not get in the parking lots undetected. We wasted a good 2 hrs trying to get to school and they stayed out there the whole time. Not sure if we were spotted leaving after dropping my little brother off or if there were just a lot of "skippers" that day they were trying to bust. The stupid part was riding by on multiple occassions trying to go back. We should have blown it off for the day but we were "trying" to be good. Like they didn't notice the same car going by again and again...Course we tried to be clever, she laid the front passenger seat down flat not to be seen. Teenagers are so goofy! But we sure did have fun! The most recent story we have as partners in crime was when we had a girls weekend a couple of years ago and happened to be staying at the same hotel as the Rolling Stones band crew and trying to somehow score tickets. We sat in the bar (drinking coffee-showing our age) with the some of the crew and sat close enough to hear one of the guys on the cell with Mick but that is as close as we got. Couldn't help but think if we were as "clever" as we were in the old days and still had some "hoochie" skills we would have been backstage at that concert!
