Ran into Clayton several times thru the years before I lost track of him. Always at the Wendover Home Depot as he walked the aisles in search of solutions for this and that project. Always friendly but he never quite remembered who I was.. . always an urgency of the moment. so sorry when he suddenly passed.
Clayton lived down the street from us and we rode the bus to school for many years. In fifth or sixth grade we went on the safety patrol trip to Washington and I remember having a crush on him. He was always happy and fun to be around. Gone too soon.
