William Lewis Callum SURFSIDE BEACH - William Lewis Callum, 61, passed away on October 17, 2015. Grand Strand Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.

December 11, 1953 - October 17, 2015

William ( Billy ) Lewis Callum IV 61 of Surfside Beach formerly of Charlotte NC passed away after a long battle with cancer.
Billy is survived by his Wife of 24 years Ginny Winesett Callum; a son William Lewis Callum V of Surfside Beach; and daughter Jennifer Callum Veen (Harm) of California; He was also blessed with four wonderful grandchildren Katelynn and Ronnie Wilson, Pieter and Tyler Veen. He was predeceased by his parents William Lewis Callum III and Hannah Beatty Callum; also by his sister Brem Nesslein.

A small memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday October,19, 2015 on the beach by the Surfside Pier.
The family will have a gathering at the residence following the service on the beach and invite all Billy's friends to attend. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Charleston Hope Lodge a part of the American Cancer Society.
