Thomas Brown "Malik" Tillman of Charlotte, NC departed this life on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at CMC-Main in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Tillman Was a graduate of Myers Park High School, and a Graduate of UNCC with a BA in African Studies, Magna Cum Laude. Mr. Tillman was a Cultural Educator for many organizations, and a Outreach Educator Specialist for Charlotte Mecklenburg Public Libraries. He also worked as the Senior Facility Site Coordinator for Charlotte Mecklenburg Parks and Recreation. Services will be held, Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 12:00 noon at New Life Fellowship Center, Charlotte, NC. Family visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

W.H. Bryant, A.E. Grier and Sons Funeral Home, Mooresville, NC is serving the Tillman family.
