Samuel Patteson Clarke (1966)
He was born in Charlottesville on March 24, 1964. He was a graduate of Albemarle High School in 1984, and was a cook at various restaurants in Charlottesville.
He is survived by his parents, William R., and Bonnie Rodgers; his son, Forrest; his sister, Lori Ann Nichols; a nephew, Dustin Nichols; and a niece, Brittnee Nichols, all of Keswick; also, two caring and special friends, Diane Lynch and Kathleen Doherty of Roanoke; and many other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank the staff of Raleigh Court Health Center and Roanoke Memorial Hospital for their care.
A graveside funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2005, at Holly Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Mark Long officiating.
