Mary Garth Lamb 74, died peacefully at her home on July 1, 2022, after many years with Alzheimer's. She was born on March 27, 1948, in Charlottesville, Va., to the late Harry and Maxine Garth. Mary was preceded in death by son, Christopher Todd Trevillian and her brother, Harry Lyle Garth.

Mary was a member of the Stanardsville Baptist Church and served on many committees. She enjoyed swimming, gardening, and traveling.

She is survived by her husband of forty years, Larry E. Lamb; sons, John Trevillian III and wife, Tracey and William Garth Trevillian, all of Stanardsville; stepson, Eric Lamb and his family; sisters, Lucy Huff and husband, Rob, and Jann Whitten and husband, Dan; grandchildren, Christina Trevillian Forbes, Allison Trevillian and Tyler Trvillian; and great-grandchildren, Baylie Forbes, Braydon and Rylyn Morris, Braylon and Braxton Herring and Ryder Moon.

Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 8, 2022, at the Stanardsville Baptist Church with interment at Holly Memorial Gardens in Charlottesville conducted by her cousin Pastor David Garth. The family will receive friends Thursday, July 7, 2022, from 6 until 8 p.m. at Preddy Funeral Home in Madison.
