Jan Andrews McMillen let us know that Bonny (Bonita) Alger Crandell, passed away at the age of 40 in 1990, cause of death unknown. She lived in Canoga Park and is survived by her daughter Shelby Crandell. Anita said, "She was one of the nicest and sweetest people I have ever known. Lost track and tried to find her. When I did I was surprised to find out that she had passed so long ago. "

I was sorry to hear of Bonny's passing...so long ago...and I only wish that we could have been there for her daughter, Shelby, thereafter! Bonny was such a dear, kind and beautiful person.
I have learned that Shelby Crandell is living in Simi Valley (found her through Facebook). I contacted her and expressed our collective remembrances and condolences. According to Facebook, she is the owner/operator of the "Soap Brewhouse," in Simi, so if you are in the area, it might be nice to drop by and share your memories of her mom.
