Robert Lynn Falls, 71, of Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021, in Shawnee. 

He was born on March 12, 1949, to Raymond and Alice (Rivers) Falls in Chattanooga. 

Robert graduated from Chattanooga High School.  He attended and graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. 

Robert was very proud of his service to his country in the U.S. Air Force serving in Vietnam until he was honorably discharged. 

He was an aircraft Maintenance Specialist and Flight Instructor until his retirement. 

Robert loved flying and riding his motorcycles, he loved animals as well.  He was a Golden Glove Boxer, Competitive Swimmer, Baseball Catcher, Pilot and motorcycle enthusiast. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Alice Falls; and brother, Jerry Allen Falls. 

Survivors include two sisters, Catherine Falls and (David Lardner) of Atlanta, GA and Rae Falls Geren of Cape Elizabeth, ME; aunt, Gail Boring (Doyle) of Chattanooga, TN; 2 nephews, CW IV Michael Geren (Julie) of Orange, VA and Mark Geren of Rockport, ME; and many cousins in Arizona and California. 

Visitation will be from 12-8 p.m. on Monday, March 1, at Cooper Funeral Home and continue through service time.  Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 2, at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with a Catholic military chaplain officiating.  Private burial will follow at  Fort Gibson National Cemetery under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh. Rest in peace Robert, we were friends from grade school on, both rode Ducatis and reconnected on FB many yrs later.
