Biographical information:
Things I've been doing lately:
Work, work, work. In 1965, I joined USAF, in 1969, I joined the Georgia Air National Guard. I raised three boys, and ran a medical transcription business. I am now in school finishing my degree at the University of Texas at Arlington.
My family:
Three sons, Thomas 34, Nathan 33, Blayne 29. My husband died in 2004. I have two grandchildren, Douglas Enrique is 12 years of age and Ashleigh Nicole will be 8 years old on October 30. They are the joy of my life. My daughter-in-law Ivon is like a daughter to me. She is from Monterey, Mexico and has lived in the US about 18 years. (She was born on our tenth wedding anniversary) believe it or not!
Life experiences:
Joining the military and meeting all kinds of people, experiencing different cultures.
My favorite memories of the good ole days:
Our gang. We had a blast because we made everything fun. Just being with them was fun, even if we weren't doing anything. I enjoyed the comraderie of our class.
My favorite things now:
Visit with friends, travel, cook, read, and enjoy my family. I enjoy tournament bass fishing. I enjoy learning all I can about different people and cultures. I am active in the community and do volunteer work at several schools in the Fort Worth area.

My favorite movie was Surf's up, especially the chicken. My favorite music is from our era and my favorite book is
