Jimmy Hartley was born in 1950. Jimmy currently lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Before that, he lived in Chattanooga, TN from 2008 to 2011. Before that, he lived in Cleveland, TN from 1994 to 2008. Jimmy Hartley attended Kirkman Technical High School in Chattanooga, TN and graduated class of 1968.
