For those of you who attended this fine school, be sure to check out Wendy's profile for some great flashbacks. Thanks Wendy I really enjoyed reading those. And I myself would love to know if anyone remembers the rules we had for tetherball. All I can remember was "no ropesies" Hahaha! or something like that.

I don't remember the tether ball rules, but I do remember what a big deal it was to me when I was able to 'skip a rung' on the monkey bars. I also remember the pond in the wooded area behind the playground. That area was always off limits for the most part, so when were allowed to go back there it seemed so special. I went back there a few years back, and sadly they did not keep it up but I remember it well.

I also remember when Tracie Timmons fell and broke her arm on the swing set, her brother Kevin was in our class for a few years. Her fall made such an impression on me as I remember her cries and feeling so helpless.

I still remember when Nick Barth was born, and standing on the playground with Meegan, when she told me she had a new brother.

I remember my first kiss in kindergarten and no I won't tell you who.

I remember Mrs. Whistler and how scared I was of her and getting a spanking if I was bad.

I remember going to Ronda Hand's birthday party and crying cause I was scared and wanted to go home.

Chattaroy Elementary School holds lots of memories for me and my children went there as well.

I love the pictures! I am bound and determined to get the rest of the band photos in the next two weeks from MR. Carlson..... if he would only call me back!
