Walt Hempel notified me that Jiesturs (John) Drupa passed away in April 2024.  Viesturs (John) led an interesting life, bothe here in the US and in Latvia, where he was born.  Raised in Binghanton, NY, Viesturs (most in our class knew him as John, but even at PMC, I always called him Viesturs) he maintained a love for his birth country of Latvia.  Viesturs served with distinction in both the US Army and as an adviser to the Latvian Army.

Even though his passing was almost a year ago, I feel his lose today.  I wish blessings for his family and friends.  Rememeber how your paths crossed at PMC and through life.  God Bless
