John (Jay) Repetto let me know that our Classmate Ed Gambon passed away 19 Feb. of this year.  Pray Peace and Blessings for Ed, his wife Susan and his family and friends.  Move on quickly from mourning and remember all the good times.  Gods' Blessing.

A side note, Ed, Carl Lobel and I spent the 1st half of our Sr. year on an SPO.  We went down to the 'Bank Bar" to celebrate our April Birthdays and were caught by Cpt. "Dudley Do  Right" Detley comming back on campus.  Col. Menard was going to let us off the SPO after a few months, but Ed and Carl slept in (what Sr. Privates did, naturally) and missed formation.  I got off but they did not.  Ah tyhe Bank Bar, a little piece of heavan.
