Walkter Kennedy Lowry, 23, or Richmond, died Sunday July 27, 1986.  He is survived by his wife, Janice K. Lowry; his mother, Mrs. Bertha A. Lowery, and father, William H. Lowry, Sr.; a brother, William Henry Lowry, Jr., all of Richmond; his grandmother, Florence W. Lowry of Mechanicsville.  Remains rest at the Laburnum Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 2110 E. Laburnum Ave., where services will be hel 11 a.m. Wednesday.  Interment Forest Lawn Cemetary.  In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
