Robert Ray Wilkins, 65, passed away May 29 surrounded by his family.
Robert was born May 9, 1952, to Orvind Wilkins (father) and Norma (mother) in Clovis, N.M., and grew up in Cheyenne.
He was a loving, supportive and caring husband, father and Opa.
He proudly served in the U.S. Army for 23 years and was a Desert Storm veteran.
His friends and family lovingly called him “Cowboy.”
Robert passionately loved fishing, hunting, his family and his land.
He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Silvia; sons, Mark and family, Doug, Joey and Anthony; daughters, Kayla and Sheyenne; mother, Norma; brothers, Keith Wilkins (Kim) and Kenny Wilkins (Vicki); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts.
