"Wayne Stevens, 25, of 5433 E. Hyde Park Blvd. died suddenly last week. A graduate of Bret Harte Elementary School and Kenwood Academy, Stevens was the physical education instructor at the Wadsworth Elementary School. The Bret Harte P.T.A. has established a Stevens Memorial Fund. Donations, which may be sent to the school, 1556 E. 56th St., will be used to purchase sports equipment for the school."

Wayne Stevens passed away in January 1979.
