I knew Wes as a swim teammate at High Ridge YMCA on the north side of Chicago, before and during Lane. Such a nice guy. I'm sorry he passed away to young.
I knew Wesley at Lane and our Catholic grammar school, St. Jeromes in Rogers Park where we both worked on the school newspaper and swam on the swim team at High Ridge YMCA. I am so sorry to hear of his death. Wes was always a sweet, friendly and kind person. This is such sad news.
