Notice of passing submitted by Kathy's cousin, a Lane graduate of the class of 1983: "Kathy passed away on March 9, 2010 in a terrible car accident in Wisconsin. I am very sure that she would have loved to have attended the reunion as Lane was always near and dear to her heart."

It breaks my heart to read the news of Kathy passing away. We were friends from elementary school (Brentano). I would walk over to her house, and then we would walk to school together year after year. We spent many happy hours singing to our favorite 45s. May she rest in peace.

Such a tragedy about Kathy. She was such a nice person.Gone too soon for sure. We were all at Brentano together. It is a reminder that every day is a gift to appreciate. I look forward to seeing you at the reunion.
