Ann attended Wellesley College with me. She was a gifted writer. I know she lived In Evanston for a while before moving to Colorado where I think one of her children lived. She was a brilliant yet humble woman with the sweetest twinkle in her eyes. Thank you for letting me know of her passing. I wish the best to all her family.

Anne was a friend at Skokie School and Camp Douglas Smith. She was always a smiling, fun loving presence.
I know she will be missed by all who knew her over the years.

I am very saddened to learn today of Anne Murray's passing. She was such a lovely person, so kind and warm, and she had a maturity and understanding that made her unusual among her peers. I can visualize her tall, lanky father and a little bit her elegant mother, and her brother Gordon, on whom my younger sister Laurel had a crush. They lived on Tower Rd., I believe, and we lived on Bryant Ave. I did not see Anne beyond graduation from N.T., but she is a memorable person from my youth in Winnetka, someone who brings a warm glow of affection.
