Nancy has been gone for some time, alas. I remember going to her house on South Shore Drive to do homework and swooning over Johnny Mathis. (really!) Nancy was a truly warm and friendly person.
I think Nancy was one of the kindest people I knew at South Shore and though she's been gone for some time I do think about her and appreciate seeing others' memories.
Nancy was a very sweet girl and I remember her from our Bradwell days. It's hard to believe she has been gone 40 years. That was the ironic sadness that I still can't grasp that she was so young when she was killed in that taxi-cab mishap Downtown in the early 70's.
