Once again I am in disbelief that the world has lost such a beautiful soul. Benny, you are truly missed.

I remember Benny as quite a comic, and I especially remember the 1970 Plum Crazy Purple Plymouth GTX he had and how he drove it. He had a ball driving that car and I loved to watch him drive it hard. We had some good times together.

I remember Benny Teage, Jerri Scott, Randy Settle one summer night wanting me to go buy them some beer... Jerri and I had been eating $.15 hot dogs from Dairy Queen all day, and I had an upset stomach. They came to me wanting me to go buy them some beer down at Tall Boys. First time I had done anything, 16yrs old, looked 12, went up the the door, got the beer and they were all waving at me from the car. Little did I know my car was surrounded by county sherriff's doing a sting. Got the beer (proudly) went back to the car, tried to tell the sherriff that I was actually 18, passed out and ended up having someone drive us down the court house. They wanted to file public drunk charges on me because I got scared and passed out!!!! Now what kind of friends were they? I will tell you, GREAT FRIENDS!!! We all banded together and decided we would come up with some other crazy bull story...It ended up I had to tell my parents and no one had to go to jail... Love you Benny and Randy..Love you guys so much!!!!!
