    Vonda Lee Clifford, 67, of Louisville, KY, formerly of Chillicothe, passed away 12:56 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2009, in Baptist Hospital East in Louisville following an extended illness.

    She was born July 4, 1941, in Chillicothe, to the late Ernest and Edna Cozad Parker. Surviving are sons, Allan and Joe Clifford; grandchildren, Allan Thomas, Logan, Cayleigh, Gabriel, newborn, Victoria Lee; great-grandchild, Kyran; sisters, Dorothy Erb, Jane Colburn, Cindy Bergeron, Janet Young and Valerie Brandt.  She was predeceased by brothers, Larry, Leslie, and Kelly Parker and her husband, Donald J. Clifford.

    Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2009 in the Camelin Hill Community Church with Rev. Randall Rinehart officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Latham Cemetery.

    Friends may call at the WARE FUNERAL HOME from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

    Her life encompassed much travel across the U.S., including raising horses in Florida. She has dedicated much of her life to wildlife rescue and the care of others. She has always loved her friends and family most especially, her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly and will be remembered with great love and affection by all who knew her.
