I love swimming and camping. The Pacific NW is the perfect place to camp. I often went by myself when I was able to. I enjoyed getting away from everything and setting up my tent, building my fire and smelling the fresh air. The best part is evening by the fire with a good book and the smell of coffee. My son and I go now, but he always wants to build the fire.

One of my slumber parties where we were going down the street in our baby-dolls in the middle of the night to another slumber party that was going on at the same time. We chickened out when a car came down the street and we all scattered and hid.

Went to Anderson College where I met my ex-husband and got married. Moved to Flint MI. then to Pittsburgh PA and from there to Youngstown OH. We divorced in 1984. I began a career in the commercial refrigeration business, in outside sales and then mgr of a branch. Held the job in Youngstown until 1999 when I transfered to a branch in Seattle WA as Mgr. I requested the transfer so I could spend time with my one and only grand baby. The business out here filed bankruptcy in 2002 and I went to work for a jewelry co in the store and then into their credit dept. Last Feb I was laid off again and just decided to consider myself retired. I do miss working, so this may not last.
