Donna Lea Watson, 52 of Chipley, passed from this life on December 14, 2015 at her residence.
Donna was born in Chipley, Florida, on December 15, 1962 to Tommy Nixon Peel and Bobbie Clark. A lifelong resident of the panhandle, Donna worked in the Traffic Department for the Washington County Clerk of Court for 18 years. She enjoyed spending her time hunting, fishing, and loving on her new grandbaby. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Chipley.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tommy Nixon Peel.
She is survived by her loving husband: Robert Watson of Chipley; mother: Bobbie Sanders of Chipley; two sons: Phillip Stephens and wife Jessica of Chipley, Robert Lee Watson Jr. of Chipley; sister: Debbie Bush and husband Pat of Chipley; granddaughter: Madison Stephens.
Funeral services will be held 11a.m. Thursday, December 17, 2015 at First Baptist Church of Chipley, Florida with Rev. Mike Orr officiating. Interment will follow in Marvin Chapel Cemetery in Graceville, Florida. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley directing.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
