Leonard was born on April 1, 1943 and passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. Leonard was a resident of Wisconsin. He grew up in Chippewa Falls and graduated from Chi-Hi, class of 1961. Following high school. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, May 9 at Pederson-Volker Funeral Chapel, Chippewa Falls with the Rev. Ho Lee, pastor at Christ United Methodist Church, Merrill, officiating. Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m., Monday, May 8 with a Law Enforcement walk-through at 4 p.m., and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Lenny's honor may go to the Chippewa Falls Professional Police Association future Canine Unit. Donations may be made sent directly to the CFPPA, c/o CFPD, 210 Island St., Chippewa Falls, WI 54729, designated for the canine unit in memory of Lenny.

I attended his funeral....sad to say I was the only classmate there. He was definitely well thought of and loved by coworkers, friends and family.
