This message about Bill Landreth came from his sister Linda:
Bill died in 1986 at the age of 41. He left three children behind, who now have four children of their own. Bill was medically retired from the army as a Lieutenant when he was wounded in Viet Nam. He was a policeman for a while in Lompoc, then taught school in Grass Valley. He ended up driving a truck for Safeway in Seattle, since truckers are paid shamefully better than teachers. His enduring legacy after a heart attack took him home to Jesus was a ministry to veterans, Point Man Ministries International, which went global after his death. Bill is missed.
