John was a quiet person, and although I didnt know him well, he always spoke to me when passing by. His son was born at he same time as my son because Christy and I would be looking in the nursery windows at our newborn sons (1974). I will never forget how she would cry when visiting hours would be over and she would have to say goodbye to John in the hallway of the hospital. I wish I could have known him better!
