Roger Daniel Barndollar, 69, of Union Township, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023. Roger was born on September 12, 1953 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Walter and Thelma Barndollar.

Loving husband to the late Donna Barndollar. Adoring father of the late Jason Barndollar, Amber Lunsford (Nick), Jarod Barndollar, and Ashley Russell (Patrick). Proud grandfather of Audrey and Jason Lunsford and Layla Russell. Brother of the late Ronald Barndollar (Shirley), Richard Barndollar (Debbie), Sandy Chapman (Tom), Pam Nelson (Bruce), and Connie Hoyle (Jim). Roger is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

Roger was a very kind and generous man. He devoted his life to caring for and providing for his wife and children. He loved being a grandfather and doted on his grandchildren. He loved reading, playing cards, doing crossword puzzles, hunting, cooking, watching football, and family vacations to the beach. Roger was a carpenter and a member of the Carpenter's union local 2 chapter. He retired from James Hunt Construction after 25 years in 2008.

A public visitation will be held at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home, 177 W Main St. (St. Rt. 125) Amelia on Thursday, June 29, 2023, from 9:00AM-10:30AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Thomas More Church 800 Ohio Pike, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245 at 11:00 AM. Interment at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
