Deborah "Debbie" Belle Samples Obituary

Deborah “Debbie” Samples (nee Glancy), passed away on February 11, 2025. Debbie was born April 24, 1953, in Cincinnati, OH, to the late Howard and Janet Glancy (nee Hall).

Debbie was the loving wife of the late Thomas G. Samples of 49 years. Mother of Brooke Berning (Donald), John Samples (Tiffany), and Bethany Samples. Bee to (Grandchildren) Nate and Jay Samples, Emma, Avery, and Allie Berning. Sister of Terrie Hale (Jim), Dana Kilgore (the late David), and the late Howie Glancy Jr.(Bev), and the late Gary Charlton. Aunt of numerous nieces, and nephews. Also survived by close friends; the Hoge and Zoeller Families.

Debbie touched countless lives with her unwavering compassion and dedication to her family. She also gave 44 years of her life caring for others as a registered nurse. Along with loving her family, a caring nurse, she enjoyed being a chef for friends and family cooking many meals for those she loved.

Visitation will be held at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home 177 W. Main St. (St. Rt. 125) Amelia, on Thursday, February 20, 2025, from 8:30-10:30 AM.

Mass of Christian burial to follow at St. Thomas More Church 800 Ohio Pike, Cincinnati, OH, 45245, at 11:00 AM.
