From Bob Brown:  One of the trucks hauling dirt for the Ontario Motor Speedway hit
the front wheel of his chopper (motorcycle with long front forks ) throwing Steve under the wheels of the trailer.  He was stopped at the time.  They could not open the box.   A flagman was missing from duty.  Steve could not see up the riverbed the trucks were using because of the banks on the side of the river bank.  Steve left  a wife and two kids. RIP
