Daniel Melvin Darlington

January 2, 1952 — June 3, 2024

Daniel M. Darlington, 72, passed away peacefully at his home on June 3, 2024.

Dan was born January 2nd 1952 in Pocatello, Idaho.  He is the son for Frank D Darlington and Ruby Nelson Darlington.

Dan graduated from Clearfield High in 1970 where he was a Sterling Scholar and had many other achievements.

He worked as a concrete driver for Geneva Rock over 30 years. He then went onto Mission Planning for contracting work at HAFB for about 10 years before retiring.

Dan loved working on computers, woodworking, and many other hobbies.  He was always willing to help his friends and neighbors in need.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father.

He is survived by his wife, LuAnne, and his children, Cameron Darlington, Jason Darlington, Brandi Maciel (Ricky), and his grandchildren, Chloe Darlington, Hailey Darlington, and Reagan Runnoe.

He is also survived by one brother, Bruce Darlington, three sisters, Brenda Flynn (Ben), Irene Lockhart (Mark), and Diane Mitchell (Dan).
