Well, here we are in 2018. Where'd 55 years go? I'm in the Dallas area, but would make the trip for a reunion. Is anybody coordinating something? I'll be happy to put my computer to work if I can help.

Hi All,

We polled a number of '63 classmates and as Bobbi said, only a handful wanted a 55th reunion given the very poor showing at our 50th.  A number said let's not have a 55th, but do a 60th...hoping for a better attendance.  I am tied up with a number of charities and their programs and have so much on my plate.  Truth be known, I am a bit burned out and honestly will not have time to head up a 55th.  What do you think about waiting until our 60th? 

If someone wants to head up a 55th for this fall, I can give them my computer records from the 50th.

P.S.  Sad to learn of Bill Feidt's passing.  I will make note on the master list I have.

Judi, I think a 60th would be a great way to go.  Hard to imagine it is already 55 years and 60 will be here sooner than we think!

I agree with you Jim.  Our 60th will be sooner than we think.  Again, if anyone wants to head up a 55th, I will give you my computer files from the 50th.  I will help, but I just cannot chair a reunion in 2018.  I've done the last 5 reunions and loved it, but have too much on my plate to chair one this time around.  Hope you understand.

Judy thank you for all the work you have done. If we tried to have a get together, this year, for one day, how many do you think would show up? We have a party room at the condo on Sand Key.

Hi Paul,

That's a great idea to use the party room in your condo building at Sand Key.  I would estimate no more than 50 people.  It would have to be catered, but that would be easy.  There are all sorts of options for catering.  We would have to figure out what to charge to pay for the food.  What do you think about BYOB?

Good idea, Paul.  So long as I'm in town (likely since I live in Palm Harbor), I will be in for a get together.
