Robert Wymes passed away December 12, 1987, the day after he was struck by a classmate in CHS's locker room.  Principal Ed Evans addressed the Wymes' family and friends at an emotional funeral service for the Robert at St. John Primitive Baptist Church in Clearwater.  ``Sometimes they were laughing, and sometimes there were tears in their eyes,`` recalled Mr. Evans, ``One thing they said was, Robert made them laugh. They'll always remember that.``  He is still thought of and missed by his family, friends and classmates.
