Nadine was born December 11, 1961.  She attended and graduated from West Forysth. Unfortunately I dont have much details on her life after leaving West.  She died from an extended illness in a Winston Salem hospital.  She was survived by her two sons, Sherman Keith Jr and Ernest Keith.  She was only 38 years old.
