Keith Archie Slater born in Forsyth county on February 21, 1962.  Attended and graduated from West Forsyth High.  He later served in the United States Marine Corp.  He was currently living in Lewisville.  He died on April 15, 2006 from a motorcycle accident.  He was survived by his mother and father and his sister Valerie and brother Mike.  He also had many extended family members.  He was 44 years old at his time of death.
