Here is the Death Notice site for Sandra's father... She lost her Mother less than a month ago....

Wendy and I are so sorry for her lost.... Millie and Nathan were inactive members of a square dance group that met at the JCC on Mayfield....We were the youngest couple by many years and always enjoyed talking to the Kanters. I was raised on E. Berkshire....

I did go through the Roosevelt pics, "Reflector" etc. Louie looks so cute as a little boy! With that said....Beth please email me your address. I will send you a large group picture of our 9th grade class. You are right in front with the rest of the peeps. I even have the Washington, DC instructions Mr. Roach gave us to follow, before the trip and who roomed with who. What a hoot! Gari, Joyce, Clare and Renee Boges were in 1 room. AL the rest of you can see who you shared a room with. (Where is Renee? Her mom had that Mexican restaurant near Richmond Mall last I knew and her and her sisters worked it.)Also Dawn Ranta is in pics...what happend with her? I have Sandy's address (you are in the most) and Gracia's in a few. Of course Joyce also. There are also pictures from 8th grade chorus and 9th grade singers up for grab. (Shelly?) And of course (your going to love this Beth) Leaders Club with Shauflee! Who wants that? Then there is the boys football with baby faced Louie wearing #68 (Did Henry Lustig fight you for #69!) Louie if you want it send me your address. Val,I still haven't taken it to get scanned but will try to get that to you in next week or two. There's still more I haven't seen yet....prom, homecoming, etc. I'll keep you posted! Ciao!

Hi Clare, Thanks for the pic offerings. I have the 8th grade chorus and Singers pics...and the pic of the Leaders...yikes...what an awful pic that is!! I hated those outfits as much as I hated the gym suits!!

I would love to have a picture of Mr. Smith's homeroom, or see one, if anyone has that. And I've searched for the Taylor 6th grade pic of Mr. Grodin's class...can't find that either.

Shelly, Ask and you shall receive. If you recall I was in your homeroom and so was Fanny, Liz, Linda, Dawn, Yvonne, Renee, Anita, and many other lucky kids. So I will send them to Val on cd and mail you the original photo of our homeroom in a couple of weeks (I hope). Just email me your address. (And think of me when you see it. I made that brown corderoy jumper because of those wonderful sewing classes!)

Clare,

THANK you so much for digging out and dusting off the Roosevelt pics. I CAN'T wait to see them.

My direct Email is beth451@comcast.net PLEASE do send them to me when possible.

This whole forum experience has been awesome. I never thought it would be so much fun to blow the dust off of the memories of so many of you. It is amazing to me to find what my dear old and I mean old friends remember about me. Thanks to so many of you who have contacted me to say hi and those of you who have gone beyond that to chat back and forth with me. It has been really great!! Special thanks to Sandy, San-Dee, Joyce, Clare, Louie and so many others who add smiles and out loud laughs to my days. By the way, I made several aprons in sewing, it was all I could do.

Again, thanks to all who made this web site possible.

Clare, I will be checking my Email!!

Ok Louie,

I will have to put my Net Detective on my computer!! Not really....

Sandy and Clare,

At Hts...Can't believe it, I took Home Ec again!! That time I cut out about 7 blazer patterns that hung in my closet and were never sewn. I don't know how I passed. Cooking was another story....made the pudding recipe rather easily as well as the jello...To this day, I can still boil water
