Jim Samuels

After graduating from Ohio State (1973) and getting my law degree from Cleveland State University-Cleveland Marshall College of Law (1975) I practiced law for 10 years.

I have now been in the commercial real estate business for 32 years and for the past 7 years as a Senior Vice President at Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate. I specialize in Retail AND Investment Real Estate and the sale of Multi Family properties. (Anyone with any business opportunities out there?)

I continue to be involved in the not for profit world, as a Life Trustee of Menorah Park Center for Senior Living, the Board and Executive Committee of Cleveland Hearing and Speech Center and very active at Fairmount Temple. I am also proud to say I've been to Israel 17 times.
