DR. DENNY EHREN

passed away in his home on Saturday, September 23rd. His 66-year exploration of the world began in Cleveland Heights where he mastered the art of being the big brother to his two sisters, Lynn and Laurie. After graduating from Heights High, he continued his education at Bowling Green State University learning how to become a scientist with a master's degree in biology. Once complete, two things were introduced to him that would play significant roles for the rest of his life: chiropractic and his "west side girl", Pam. The former changed his views on the science of healthcare and overall wellness. Following this revelation, he, his wife, Pam, and his two-month old daughter, Lindsay, moved to Iowa so he could attend the Palmer College of Chiropractic. Once receiving his doctorate, they moved back to Cleveland and settled down in Lakewood. This was when their family grew and their son Zachary was born. Once the Ehren four-pack were settled in, Denny began his 33-year journey of running his own Chiropractic practice. Throughout these years he would heal thousands of people when other forms of traditional healthcare did not. All of this was done while continuously evolving his practice with revolutionary techniques in the world of holistic wellness. His main passions were helping his patients maintain optimal health while being a loving father, husband, and grandfather to Madison and James. But he still found time to sing every day, play his various instruments (mainly guitar) and pray to the Church of John, Paul, George & Ringo. His love of music is why his family asks in lieu of flowers to donate to The Dr. Denny Ehren Music Memorial Fund at Vance Music Studios. The money will go towards teaching a child in need to play any instrument of their choice. The studio can accept donations by mailing checks to 16426 Madison Avenue Lakewood, OH 44107, drop off checks or cash at their studio, or can accept CC payments over the phone. His family welcomes you to join them at his memorial party next Saturday, September 30th at his sanctuary, The Ehren Chiropractic Center (13314 Detroit Road in Lakewood) from 3 - 7pm. Please dress casual and be prepared to rock out to The Beatles as he always did.
