I'm sure there were a lot of people from Heights who, like, myself, were very saddened to learn of Harvey's recent death.  He was a really good guy, and did great work in the Cleveland Jewish community.

I know the ins and outs of basketball because Mr. Norwood made me a statistician for the Wiley Jr. High Boys Basketball team - but when I had a question - Hop was the one that I asked.  That friendship continued all through the years and there were so many overlapping areas on our life.  Basketball surfaced again when Harvey was the coach for the girls basketball team at our Schechter Day School.  I loved seeing both Harvey and Leah together with their family - they all seem to complete each other.  It's no secret - so many women in our class loved Harvey and he made us all feel so special whenever we were around him.

He was always Hop to me!  We were first cousins and close friends throughout our life.  We grew up together celebrating holidays and sledding and skiing with family.  Hop had such a presence about him!  It was j wonderful to know and love him.  I miss him dearly.    I love you Hop!  Your cuz...
