SO HARD TO BELIEVE THAT SID IS GONE. WE REMAINED FRIENDS ALL THESE YEARS. OUR FAMILIES WERE FRIENDS, OUR KIDS PLAYED TOGETHER, I STILL KEEP IN TOUCH WITH HIS MOM AND SISTER. HIS DAD OWNED A GAS STATION AT COVENTRY AND EUCLIDS HEIGHTS BLVD. HE WOULD "BORROW" A CAR THAT WAS BEING STORED THERE FOR THE SUMMER AND AT THE YOUNG AGE OF 15, WE WOULD CRUISE ALL OVER CLEVELAND. OH !!!! THE GOOD OLD DAYS!!!! HE IS CERTAINLY MISSED.

I am so saddened to learn of Sid's passing. He and Roz Sloan were 'THE couple' way back when. Both such beautiful people. I remember Sid's making jokes in class, which didn't always go over big with our teachers, but sure broke the boredom for the rest of us! We had a History teacher at Roosevelt Jr. High, who seemed to be 110 yrs. old at the time, named, "Miss Dick"....Sid came up with some good one-liners in that class (as did a few other guys,as I recall) May he rest in peace. God bless his family and close friends, too.
