Grace Comella passed away on Feb. 2 of this year.  I knew Grace since kindergarten.  I lived on Sycamore Rd. and Grace lived on Ivydale, so we saw a lot of each other during our school years.  And then as years passed by, we lost touch with each other.  RIP Grace.

Grace was a good friend in Boulevard  Elem. school and I wish we could have gotten in touch over they years.  I always wondered what she had done and where she had gone.  You are still in my  thoughts!!

I am so touched by all of your comments.....Gracie died Feb 2nd after a two and a half year battle with lung cancer.    I know its a cliche, but she really was very brave and courageous throughout her illness.   What an inspiration she was to our family.

She was my big sis, my best friend, my protector.   We miss her terribly, but are comforted by your memories of her.    Someone mentioned her smile, her kindness and her sweet laugh, yes, she still had it all!   Again, thanks for remembering her.

Gracie was so much fun to be with. We were neighbors as kids, she on Ivydale and me on Oak. She had a smile that could light up a room.

I just came onto the website. I was shocked to see Grace's demise. I remember her from Roosevelt and we had so much fun together! I always called her "Gracie". I will always remember Gracie. God bless her family. R.I.P.
